Maria and the Mysterious AO3 Gift Fic

Of course I failed completely at the 30 day BSC meme, I will update that later today. Story of my life. 

There is going to be a new BSC television series, according to various online articles, here Is one from CinemaBlend. I am very doubtful that the BSC movie has cultivated the amount of fans the website believes it could have, also I do not know where CinemaBlend gets the mythos that the movie is constantly replayed on cable television. 

I am cautiously optimistic about the show - I hope that it comes to fruition, and will at the very least give it a shot. 

Today, I received a most mysterious email from AO3, claiming that I had received a gift fic. I had heard of such mysterious things, but the randomness of it caught me off guard. Was it from someone who had managed to finally knock off an entry in their WIP folder from long ago? (FYI - probably never happening here lol) No, it appeared to be a story gifted to luxken27 and myself in the Sweet Valley High category. I squinted at the summary. I cocked my head. I bravely pressed on.

I will never understand.
